1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the EarnCash application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and EarnCash (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use EarnCash, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
  • Have a valid email address for account registration
  • Have a valid PayPal account for withdrawal purposes
  • Not be located in a region where use of the App is prohibited by law

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use EarnCash. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information
  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
  • Not create multiple accounts or use another person's account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements.

4. Services Description

EarnCash provides a platform where users can earn rewards by completing various tasks (“Offers”), including but not limited to:

  • Installing and using mobile applications
  • Playing games and reaching specified milestones
  • Completing surveys and questionnaires
  • Watching videos and engaging with content
  • Creating user-generated content (Creator tasks)

Offers are provided by third-party advertisers and are subject to change, modification, or removal without prior notice. The availability, reward amounts, and requirements of Offers may vary based on your location, device, and other factors.

5. Earning Rules

Rewards are credited to your account balance upon successful completion of Offer requirements as determined by our system and third-party tracking partners. Please note:

  • Reward crediting may take time depending on verification by advertisers
  • Only active, ongoing Offers can generate valid rewards
  • Expired or withdrawn Offers will not be credited
  • Rewards are credited in real time after meeting all task requirements
  • We reserve the right to adjust, reverse, or withhold rewards in cases of suspected fraud

6. Withdrawal & Payments

You may withdraw your earned balance subject to the following conditions:

  • Withdrawals are processed exclusively via PayPal
  • You must have a valid PayPal account linked to your EarnCash account
  • Minimum withdrawal thresholds and available amounts are displayed in the App
  • Standard PayPal service fees may apply to withdrawals
  • Payout processing time is approximately 30 minutes but may vary
  • We reserve the right to delay or deny withdrawals if fraudulent activity is suspected

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Create multiple accounts or use false identities
  • Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, or other tools to manipulate location or device information
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete Offers
  • Engage in click fraud or artificially inflate engagement metrics
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit the App or its systems
  • Collude with others to manipulate the reward system
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of earned balance, and potential legal action.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms or engage in prohibited conduct
  • Fraudulent activity is detected on your account
  • You have been inactive for an extended period
  • Required by law or regulation

Upon termination, your unredeemed balance will be forfeited and cannot be recovered. You may request account deletion through the App's account settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to design, text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by EarnCash or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services, including advertisers, analytics providers, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the practices, content, or policies of third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The availability or reliability of the App or Offers
  • The accuracy of reward amounts or completion tracking
  • The timeliness of payment processing
  • The compatibility of the App with your device

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarnCash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, data, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the total amount paid to you through the App in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EarnCash, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
